2 months....and its winter...ugh

So I haven't posted in a while... Sorry.
We just moved in with the in-laws for 2 months till we can move into the house. Its only for 2 months I keep telling my self this but the days are getting slower. If it were summer the days would be flying by. *Sigh*
Don't get me wrong, I am very happy and thankful that they let us live here during transition, its just that its someone else's house, someone else's habits and routines. Its hard with a toddler too because I have to watch her EVERY second or she could get hurt. We have baby proofed as much as we can but she could still get hurt. Wood floors, very hot radiators, slick rugs, unlocked cabinets, a door with stairs on the other side (the scariest part for me). So I just watch her, and keep her busy. But there is only so much you can do to keep a 14 month old happy and busy in the winter.
I was thinking that I might open up a toddler center, for kids up to 3 years old. They have stuff for kids 2 and over, but nothing for kids under that age. Well except for gymboree which is ridiculously expensive. Hmmm just a thought I guess.
Hannah is getting bigger, she weighed 21lbs last appointment, still tiny, but she is perfect. She is still rear facing in her car seat (going on 3 months ERFing now!!) I made her a car seat poncho (can't wear bulky coats in the car seat, VERY unsafe!!) That was fun to make, and easy, didn't have to sew a thing! She doesn't mind it either.
She has started saying a lot of things. She can say; Open, up, down, bite, hello, bye, mouth, cat, dog, light, book, "A" "E" "O" "I" (she knows which letters they are too!), boo (dogs name), no, yes, hair, nose (sounds like no), shoes, belly button, ear, eye, why (super why), binky. And of course all of the oldies, mama, dada, juice...stuff like that.
She still LOVES books and would rather be read a book, or flip though one herself than play with her toys.

She had a great Christmas...which all of the pictures are on MY computer which happens to have a virus and I can't get on, so this was the only picture I could find on my MIL's computer, lol. But she had a great Christmas. She got to see all of her Grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, great grandparents (minus one set in Texas). She got lots of great gifts from everyone too! She loved ripping at the paper and playing with the bows.
I liked this Christmas much better than last Christmas, it wasn't as stressful and she really enjoyed it. Last year she was only 8 weeks old....talk about stress! LOL
Well I am going to wrap it up and try to get something else accomplished before she wakes up from her nap!!
OH our house!! Yes, I mentioned that! Well its a 3 bedroom ranch with a eat in kitchen, full basement, and a half an acre yard with a swing set!!! We move in March 1st!!
Okay...now I am done.
